Style File Friday: Clean Lakes Festival

Perhaps the last hoorah before the school year begins.  The weekend is suppose to be beautiful so why not spend it outside enjoying live music and participating in some of the various activities (and I'm stressing "active")?  In their own words, "The mission of the Clean Lakes Festival is to: celebrate the Madison area lakes and the enjoyment they offer; highlight the fragile state of their water quality; and raise the money needed to effect change."

are back in stock!  Pink, fuschia, white, light blue and purple in sizes 4T -8!

These little wonders cover  little one's unders.  They are especially handy for a little girl that loves dresses, cart wheels, somersaults, the monkey bars (as the name implies) or is just plain crazy active.  She can twirl, flip and somersault all she wants without making her (insert favorite princess name here) undies the main attraction.

Style File Friday: Midwest Gypsy Swing Festival

Who doesn't like live music in a barn, good food, and a bonfire to follow?  Just bring a good friend or two.  Disclosure: I might be biased because we danced our wedding night away to Harmonius Wail.  So whenever I know they are performing somewhere near by it makes me smile. I know you'll have a great time and I might just see you there (I'll be the girl up front dancing to every song).

Style File Friday: MCM Grand Opening

Do not be deterred but prepared; it is going to be busy on the square this weekend.  Students and their families are in town for move in, the Farmer's Market is in full swing and now this...Even if you never visited the old location (as sinful as that is) you should not miss this much anticipated event that is sure to please all ages.  Madison Children's Museum Grand Opening!  I'll simply put the link to their website here as I cannot explain it any better.  Enjoy!
